Westhill Construction Company had the pleasure of volunteering it’s time to work with 20 helpful individuals for The Habitat for Humanity and a caring mother to help provide a home for her children. We spent one Saturday afternoon for The Habitat for Humanity at their Cloe Avenue site in Cupertino, California. I had the opportunity to lead a small crew installing insulation on one of the four homes being built.

I was able to work one on one with the future home owner. She was a single mother and we put in several hours of sweat equity to create the perfect house for her and her kids. She was very helpful and thankful in the efforts we brought forth to The Habitat for Humanity Program. I had felt a great sense of pride and accomplishment to be able to provide my time and knowledge to help a family in need for our community.
